Shipping and Returns
USA TARIFF AND SHIPPING UPDATE;
As of September 22nd Australia is now able to ship to the USA via Auspost again. Our site is set up to take your pre payment of any tax and duties. That way there are no surprise fees on delivery and (hopefully) no delays at customs.
If you are choosing DHL Express shipping at checkout please see terms below.
Shipping Policy
Ready made products;
Items which are already made and ready to ship will be posted within 2 business days (unless specified on the listing) when ordered between Monday - Friday. You will receive your own unique tracking number which you can follow your order on.
Custom made products;
Items which are classified as custom made require about 2-4 weeks production time before they are shipped. This timeframe is based around a busy period. We will endeavour to get your product to you sooner and in most cases will, however this is just a guideline. Once they are made they will be posted using Australia Post OR DHL Express. You will receive your own unique tracking number which you can follow your order on.
Parasols
Parasols can be shipped with regular post however not DHL express due to their shape / weight. If you need it express posted with DHL you will receive an additional invoice to cover the extra charges.

Responsibilities
Once an order has been dispatched, it is in the care of Australia Post or DHL. We are not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage that occurs during transit. If you experience any delivery issues, we are happy to assist by liaising with the courier on your behalf, but ultimate liability rests with the shipping provider.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect within the postal service’s timeframe, you may request that it be re-sent to the same or a different address once the additional shipping cost has been paid.
Shipping insurance and signature on delivery options are available at checkout for added protection.
Uncollected or Returned Orders If an order is returned to us due to non-collection, refusal of delivery, or an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs. Returned parcels will be held for up to 90 days from the date they are received back. If we do not receive a response or payment for reshipment within this period, the order will be treated as uncollected goods and may be disposed of or resold in accordance with the Uncollected Goods Act 1995 (NSW).
Unpaid Taxes - DHL Express If an order is sent with DHL the duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer once it reaches the USA. DHL will reach out to you with payment details. If the package is abandoned because the duties and taxes are not payed for by the customerBianca Pavlic The Label is unable to give a refund to the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
Ready to ship products:
At this current stage Bianca Pavlic The Label does not accept returns however we do offer exchanges or credit notes. Exchanges are to be shipped back at the buyers expense. Please email to start an exchange.
Custom Orders:
Custom orders are specifically made for you to your measurements. This means no returns or exchanges can be complete for a custom made order, if you have provided us with incorrect measurements please contact us so we can come to a fair agreement on what can be arranged for you.
Measurements not sent:
If you are unable to provide us with measurements in a ample amount of time before your event we are also not required to cancel / provide a refund for the order. In most cases we have already started production on your outfit on areas that do not require measurements.
Sale Items:
we do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale products unless they are faulty. Items which are faulty will be fixed or if unable to will be replaced where possible. We also do not accept returns or changes for change of mind or incorrect selection.
Underwear:
we don’t not for any reason return or exchange underwear, this is due to health regulations
If the product is not as described or comes with damages and faults, please contact us with photos so we can work on a solution or return if it meets such requirements.
