Shipping and Returns
Ready made products;
Items which are already made and ready to ship will be posted using Australia Post within 2 business days when ordered between Monday - Friday. You will receive your own unique tracking number which you can follow your order on.
Custom made products;
Items which are classified as custom made require about 4-6 weeks production time before they are shipped. This timeframe is based around a busy period. We will endeavour to get your product to you sooner and in most cases will, however this is just a guideline. Once they are made they will be posted using Australia Post OR DHL Express. You will receive your own unique tracking number which you can follow your order on.
We ship worldwide! If you do not see your country listed please send us an email!
We mail all our items using compostable packaging from Hero Pack. In certain situations if a parcel is over 500g we are unable to use this packaging due to Australia Post.
We cannot accept responsibility for any missing items once they are shipped. Once the item has been shipped it is out of our hands and into Auspost, if you are having any difficulties we can help to resolve the issue with them however we are not liable for any shipping delays etc.
If you would like to purchase shipping insurance or signature on delivery you can do so at the checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
Ready made products:
At this current stage Bianca Pavlic The Label does not accept returns however we do offer exchanges or credit notes.
Custom orders are specifically made for you to your measurements. This means no returns or exchanges can be complete for a custom made order, if you have provided us with incorrect measurements please contact us so we can come to a fair agreement on what can be arranged for you.
Measurements not sent:
If you are unable to provide us with measurements in a ample amount of time before your event we are also not required to cancel / provide a refund for the order. In most cases we have already started production on your outfit on areas that do not require measurements.
we do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale products unless they are faulty. Items which are faulty will be fixed or if unable to will be replaced where possible. We also do not accept returns or changes for change of mind or incorrect selection.
we don’t not for any reason return or exchange underwear, this is due to health regulations
Custom made products:
We do not under any circumstances do refunds or exchanges on custom products. This is because the item is made specifically to fit you, everyone is unique and has a different body so unfortunately we cannot sell this to someone else. If the item does not fit or there is something wrong we ask for you to send the product back to us (at your cost), we will then inspect the outfit remake it, send it and will cover shipping costs (out to you). We will endeavour to do our best so nothing goes wrong in your experience, this includes sending videos and descriptions on how to measure yourself as well as confirming the design and fabrics before production begins.
If the product is not as described or comes with damages and faults, please contact us with photos so we can work on a solution or return if it meets such requirements.
